Through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), you can access materials, lectures, and notes from all courses at their Sloan School of Management. This is an unbelievable resource given that enrolling in MIT is about $90,000 a year. Download MIT's Open Course Ware at http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html and enjoy!
Oakland Event Facilities
The city of Oakland rents great community facilities that can accommodate any size group. Some of the facilities are located in parks with access to beautiful outdoor spaces. All are relatively low cost and available on an hourly basis (there may be discounts for non-profits). You bring your own audiovisual equipment but they provide tables and chairs.
